Teresa Sandoz

VitalDesk was founded by Teresa, an experienced healthcare administrator with years of hands-on experience supporting busy clinics and rehabilitation practices. After working closely with clinic owners, practitioners, and administrative teams, she saw how overwhelming the operational side of running a clinic can become.

Teresa built VitalDesk to provide reliable, knowledgeable administrative support to clinics that need help managing the behind-the-scenes work that keeps their practices running smoothly. Her experience with clinic operations, patient coordination, and complex files such as motor vehicle accident (MVA) cases allows her to step in quickly and support clinics with efficiency and organization.
